3. Retention and Use Period

4. Third-Party Sharing
Argus (hereinafter "the Company") does not share personal information with third parties without the user's consent. The following are exceptions.

6. Handling of User Input Data
- Data you submit to the service — tasks, analysis results, feedback — is owned by you.
- It is sent to the Anthropic API for AI analysis and handled per Anthropic's data policy.
- The Company does not use your input data to train AI models.
- You can delete all your data at any time from the Settings page.
7. Anonymous Telemetry from the MCP Tool (Optional)
- The open-source MCP server (argus-decision-mcp) sends no telemetry by default.
- Only when you explicitly set ARGUS_TELEMETRY=1 does it send anonymous, account-independent telemetry: a random install identifier, which tool ran and whether it succeeded, and the version and OS type.
- It never sends decision content, titles, file paths, or the account token — nothing that identifies you — and the data is stored anonymously, with no user_id.
- It is disabled when DO_NOT_TRACK=1 is set.
8. Your Rights
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
- You can export or delete data yourself from the Settings page.
- Upon account deletion, all personal information and service data is deleted immediately.

- Passwords stored encrypted (Supabase Auth bcrypt)
- HTTPS communication encryption
- Data access controlled via Row Level Security (RLS)
- Minimized admin access privileges
